As a United States Marine, Rosie brings a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and loyalty to everything she does. Her determination and collaborative spirit make her an invaluable team player, consistently focused on achieving excellence.

While stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, Rosie worked alongside the Command Adjutant, where she first developed a passion for the legal profession. After receiving an honorable discharge and completing her legal studies, she began her legal career with the Office of the Attorney General in the General Litigation Division as a legal secretary. Her sharp organizational skills and work ethic quickly earned her a transition into a paralegal role, where she thrived in the fast paced environment of complex civil litigation on behalf of the State.
With more than 15 years of legal experience, Rosie has assisted attorneys in matters ranging from constitutional challenges to employment litigation. She is well-regarded for her organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks with ease, and her calm under pressure—all skills that stem from her military background, which has shaped her into a natural leader who excels in fast-paced and high-stakes situations.
