As a former Division I rowing athlete, Caroline brings the same tenacity to the courtroom as on race day. Caroline approaches each new matter with a fresh view ready to find creative solutions to her client’s litigation needs.
Before joining Stone Hilton, Caroline worked at a prominent litigation boutique defending commercial clients in a range of matters from high stakes product liability suits to complex business disputes. Before her career in private practice, Caroline served for over three years in the Office of the Attorney General of Texas representing the State of Texas in matters at both the trial and appellate level in state and federal court. As an Assistant Attorney General, Caroline presented oral argument at the 12th Court of Appeals and successfully first chaired a civil rights suit to a defense verdict. Caroline also defended the constitutionality of critical business and consumer protection statutes.
Before joining the Office of the Attorney General Caroline began her legal career at a prominent Austin criminal law firm.
