Elizabeth's broad experience, bridging both public service and private practice, compiles tremendous practical knowledge and strategic insight for Stone Hilton's clients. She was a litigation partner at a premier international law firm and a boutique law firm in Austin, Texas, and she practiced law in Los Angeles at an Am Law 100 firm. In private practice, Elizabeth represented clients in a wide variety of federal and state litigation matters including numerous patent and IP cases.

During her time in the public sector, Elizabeth practiced at the Texas Attorney General’s Office as a front-line trial lawyer and as Chief of two specialized litigation divisions, Administrative Law and the Healthcare Program Enforcement. Elizabeth's rise through the Attorney General's office gave her subject-matter expertise and leadership experience in matters of litigation strategy, public policy, and government investigations.

Elizabeth has significant first-chair trial experience including winning a landmark victory in litigation to enforce the historic Texas tobacco settlement agreement, earning an estimated $240 million dollar judgment for the State of Texas. She was also the first-chair trial attorney in an institutional reform class action brought against the State. Elizabeth's hands on approach and incisive analysis drive to the heart of each matter, and her knack for efficient resolutions drives positive client outcomes.
